All services and transactions are subject to availability, approval, and confirmation.

All content on this website, including images, artwork, music samples, text, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Daisy Shanti unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without explicit written permission.

3. Booking & Payments

When booking DJ services or purchasing art:

You agree to provide accurate information and communicate in good faith.
A deposit or full payment will be required to confirm bookings or sales.
Payment methods accepted will be communicated via email or invoice.
Cancellations may be subject to fees (see section 4).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Artwork Sales: All art sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a major issue.
DJ Bookings: If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not be eligible for a refund due to scheduling loss and preparation time.
Rescheduling may be possible, depending on availability.

5. User Conduct
