All Daisy Shanti artwork orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any delays will be communicated via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer shipping via trusted carriers such as [e.g., GLS, Coolrunner], depending on your location and the size of the item.

Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (within Denmark): e.g., 3–10 business days

• International: e.g., 7–21 business days, depending on destination

Tracking information will be provided once the item ships.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are additional costs, and will be calculated and included in your invoice. Rates may vary depending on:

• Size and weight of the artwork

• Delivery speed selected

For international orders, additional customs or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Packaging

All artwork is carefully wrapped and packaged using protective sustainable materials to ensure it arrives undamaged. If you have special packaging requests (e.g., gift wrapping), please contact us before purchase.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage (for insurance claims)

• We’ll work with you to replace the item/ resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

We ship internationally to selected countries. Please note:

• Customs processing times vary by country

• Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes

We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
